One guest journey

From the first booking to the last replay.

Every step hands the next one what it needs. The name on the booking is the name on the mugshot, the tablet, the screens and the memory video.

Book

Guests pick a slot, choose PG or Extreme and add a memory video before they arrive.

Sign

Waivers, guardian approval and every consent are done on their phone, not a clipboard.

Intake

Check-in is the first scene. Every player gets a mugshot, an alias and an inmate number.

Play

The tablet, the screens and the thirteen inmates react to what the team does.

Relive

Escape or capture, the memory video renders itself and the leaderboard updates.

The in-room tablet

Thirteen inches of the story, in the players' hands.

Questions, codes, choices and hints on a mounted touchscreen built for dark rooms and teams under pressure. Every tap is a cue the show can answer.

Puzzle input and choices

Multiple choice, code entry and branching decisions with targets a whole team can read.

Timer and objectives

A live countdown and a progress track keep the group oriented and the pacing tight.

Hints in-world

Help is one tap away and arrives as story, delivered by an inmate, never as a spoiler.

Knows who is playing

Names and mugshots from intake appear in prompts when the guest has said yes.

Control room

Thirteen inmates. Thirteen monitors.

Every monitor on the wall is one of the thirteen teenagers locked in Cell Block C. When the team answers, chooses or asks for help, the Media Director decides who reacts and that inmate comes alive on their screen. Cameras, timers and device health stay on the operator console.

See who the team is saving

Thirteen inmates, each with an arc, hint clips and endings. The wall shows who is watching, whispering or reacting right now.

Intervene without breaking the world

Hints go out as inmate clips. Time is added on the tablet, not by a voice from the ceiling.

Recover in one tap

Replay a scene, skip a node or return any room to a known-good state.

Built for more than one room

A queue of sessions, resets and readiness across the whole venue.

Story engine

No two groups get the same run.

Design the room as a graph. Puzzle outcomes, hint levels, inmate choices and endings are nodes. Alternate takes and PG or Extreme variants sit behind each one, validated before you open the door.

Personalization

Booking names go into the game. Mugshots become part of the story.

Legal names stay in the waiver. Display names, aliases and inmate numbers go on the tablet, the screens and the memory video, and only for guests who said yes. Teens need a guardian's approval before their photo appears anywhere. Anyone who opts out gets a clean avatar and the same run.

After the escape

Every session leaves with something to share.

Cameras record by session and mark every solve, hint and finale. The memory video assembles itself from those markers while the team is still in the lobby.

Memory videos

An Escape File built from mugshots, room highlights and the finale, delivered by private link.

Leaderboards

Opt-in boards by time, hints, mode and team size. Display names only.

Follow-ups

A recap, the video link and a rematch offer land while the excitement is still high.

Consent throughout

Anyone who declined is left out of the render, the board and the email.

The platform

Twenty-two modules. One system.

Start with booking and check-in. Add the tablet, the show engine, cameras and the control room when you are ready. Everything shares one session, one team and one set of consent rules.
